Motown Get-Down

A concert featuring the music of the 1950’s, 60’s, and early 70’s with an emphasis on the Motown classics.  Baltimore-based retro-band N A’Chord’s members have toured internationally with classic bands the Temptations, Melvin and the Blue Notes, and others.  A good time for all, singing and dancing is encouraged for those who wish to do so.  Food trucks will be available for those who wish to purchase their dinner on-site.  People are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and come early to get a good seat.

This concert is free and open to the public as a kick-off to the South Central PA PeopleFest, which will be held the following day in the same location, the Codorus State Park pool recreation area.  The event stage and seating area is covered, so this event will be held rain or shine, unless it is storming.
